I don’t usually weite reviews, but this one deserves a special mention.
Had a gel manicure booked, arrived on time. The matters spiralled.
1. The guys doing my manicure soaked my hands in polish remover instead of just wrapping my nails in it. By the time I realised this (it dis not really smell), my hands were already dry. How can you soak someones full hand in polish remover?
2. He did not file the nails. He first tried to cut it very short but I stopped him asking what does he think he is doing. To make the matters worse he does not speak English.
3. He was doing a pedicure for a lady just before I arrived and apparently she was so unhappy with it his collegue was re-doing it when I was there
4. He has put 3 layers of top coat on top of gel. 3 layers! My hands looked like I had the worst extensions ever! I am not great with confrontation and when I asked him is this really necessary he just ignored me
5. 2 days later - 3 nails are chipped now.
Worst experience ever, do not recommend.

They provide seat not a comfortable professional bed or sofa. It fell down a lot after one day and I even didn’t use any cosmetics or cleanser on my face. Will never go there again.

For the price it's OK but wouldn't pay more than £30. My lashes were done by 3 different people, were not full at first and the whole thing was rushed. Some were added as clusters instead of individual lashes and fell the next day.

I arrived 10 minutes late because I didnt know the city well and got lost but then I had to wait for the beautician to do her own vanity for another like 20 mins. The service was good and fast but it's only been 5 days and a lot of my eyelashes have already fallen off because they weren't actually glued on to 1 natural lash but rather on the lid or multiple lashes.
