Walking in you were greated by an offer stuffed, under ventilated, messy room. After waiting over half an hour I finally got sat down by the very rude staff. I asked to keep as much of the length as possible but was left with very short nails. They were painted by a girl who could not have been older than 16. She kept having to correct her work as she constantly got polish on my around the nails. I could have done a better job myself. To top it off the card machine was “ broken” and instead of the £19.60 they charged me £25.50. Will not be going back.

Quick and overall a good job but one of the gels came off 3 days later which is frustrating

Although I was able to get my treatment earlier, the salon looked overcrowded, the manicure was done in a rush without looking after my cuticles ( I had to ask for it) for which the beautician used a nail clipper that her colleague had just used for someone else’s feet, no sterilization done. You cannot pay card and the staff is generally disinterested in giving you a nice experience ( the lady that served me was using headphones )You just get the vibe.. but at least it was cheap! I will not come back

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I've nothing good to say. I've glue and paint on my hands. When I pointed out the polish on my finger, their solution, to my horror, was snip off my skin. I paid for a manicure and received a file and polish and when I offered a solution to sort out the problem the women in charge argued with me until I had no choice but to leave
