Had Russian lashes and asked for slightly more than natural and I opened my eyes to huge black clumps on my eyes, way too much volume and lashes applied, I couldn’t even leave the salon looking like that. So I then had to get some lashes taken off which involved picking off and pulling out my own eyelashes and damaging them. No removal serum or anything used. While this was happening, I was having my face blown on by the therapist, and my eyes touched with unwashed hands, highly unhygienic and to top it all off then my lashes were brushed with an old dusty mascara wand, totally unsanitary. And on top of this I had to wait an hour to be seen. Would not recommend

Nicely decorated but smelled toxic from nail treatments. The guy who did my pedicure barely looked to greet me, seemed a hassle for him to treat me. I love my new nails prefer to go somewhere with a warm welcome and to be treated like a real person. Other staff seemed very friendly so I wouldn't judge from mybone experience there.
