We were so excited to try this new place, and we walked in ready to get our nails done. When I first walked in, we sat for about 10 minutes while the employees did each other’s hair. The lady who did my friends hair had her hair wet with dye when she sat down to do her nails. It was very unprofessional. After starting my nails, the lady who did them made me bleed in 6 different places around my nails while she was removing and preparing my nails for SNS. After finishing them, I’m not sure what kind of top coat they used, but it bubbled up like a mountain when it dried. I tried to get her attention for like 10 more minutes while she did the other employees hair, and she finally removed it and put a gel coat on top rather than the other top coat. They were eager to get us out of there and it was very evident and not comfortable. Additionally they had us pay more on treatwell, and after I paid more and the payment had gone through, she proceeded to complain that my moms name was on the additional payment and not mine, since there apparently is a slightly larger percentage taken from treatwell than if it were my name. Overall bad experience, I will not be back and will not recommend Luxe to my friends.

I had my 7 month old with me at the time so getting my eye lashes done was very challenging for me and the staff as my daughter was wriggling all over me and jogging them. Somehow they managed to still make my individual lashes look lovely. Really happy with the result been almost a week since I got them done and none have fallen out yet whoop whoop

my nails look great! however the environment felt a little unprofessional. towels had already been used, the salonists were dying each other’s hair while they were doing my nails, and credit card machine wasn’t working.
