Booked with a particular therapist but three different members of staff did my mink lash extensions, stopping and starting with no explanation (disconcerting when your eyes are shut). They always do a great job here though, good value for money, look fab and last for ages. The staff are lovely but it's not the most professional outfit and you might need to wait, even with an appointment.
