Booked a treatment within their opening hours i.e, at 7.45. Treatment finished at 8.30 yet was made to feel like I was putting the staff out staying late. General cleanliness was very low for example a towel to wash your hands which had obviously been used by many others each day. Disappointing

Eyelash extensions weren’t applied properly do they were very uncomfortable. They also made them too long and unnatural looking, i think the girl was new because she got a lot of glue in my eyes and took a very long time. I ended up getting them removed and redone somewhere else.
