Good treatment - but everything else not great. Not the best reception when you first get there - not clear who you speak to. Told to sit in a chair when someone did notice me - left 15 mins until someone came over. No clear instructions and didn’t ask me about shape or anything. Have to pay in cash even though it said card payments accepted on the door. Wouldn’t return unless desperate really.

Did an eyelash extension and followed all the normal instructions i.e avoiding water the first days and no oil based products for the whole duration but already on day 2 they started falling out by the end of week 1 I barely had any left..A real disappointment as did it as a special treat before going away on holiday.

I had the gel nails pedicure. Staff were friendly and polite. Only downside it was quite quiet in there, no music or anything but I guess I’d be quiet too if I was working on a bank holiday! Not the best pedicure I’ve ever had as it wasn’t fully painted round the nails but would definitely go back!
