I was the first to arrive which was lucky as as soon as people started to flow in on their lunch break, the staff started to panic and people wirh pre booked appointments were made to wait up to 15 mins. This meant the guy doing my nails had to rush, which is evident by the fact they are uneven, and chipped in less than 24 hours because he used the wrong top coat as the SNS one wouldn't open. Won't be back.
