The staff were nice. However, the quality of the Russian Eyelash Extensions I received was not good. The extensions themselves feel cheap, the glue doesn't last very long (my lashes fell out way earlier than they usually do with another eyelash technician), and when they apply the Russian Eyelashes they are actually using a combination of both single lashes and fanned lashes instead of only fanned lashes - so the result isn't as extreme as they should be/what I was expecting. Also, the chair that you need to sit on for them to the eyelash extensions is extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, they don't accept card - only cash! Eyebrow threading and tinting was good though.

Great quick treatment! The staff were friendly and polite. It was quite busy when I arrived with a lot of people arriving without appointments but my treatment took less than 45 mins so very satisfied.
