This was my third visit to Luxe and I’ve been happy with each one. The staff have all been friendly and the service has been great. I’ve had my nails done by two members of staff and they’ve always turned out great. I’ve also had individual eyelashes done by Helen and I absolutely loved them. I’ve never had to wait to be seen even when I hadn’t booked an appointment online. I have always gone before 5pm however, so I’m unsure how busy it gets after this. Lovely venue and I will keep returning.

Not good - I bled on five fingers!!! She pulled my hands around so roughly, it was painful and didn’t apply base coat, but finished product ok.
