Had an appointment with Helen but when I asked if she was there, was abruptly told "no but one of us will do your lashes". Results were okay (bit uneven, despite asking for a top up on one side). Not up to the usual standard.

Would not recommend. No consultation or aftercare advice. Used too much glue so the lashes were painful for a few days then quite uncomfortable. Only lasted about 9 days

I'm really happy with my lashes at Luxe, it's a very busy and friendly salon, it is very busy so I did have to wait quite a while after my given appointment time for the treatment but the lady was very quick and efficient and did a great job.
