Unfortunately, they didn't have enough proper tilt back chairs as they had a couple of other customers having their lashes done as the same time, but my technician did a phenomenal job with an chair that didn't go back as far. They didn't have a working card machine, so I had to do BACs but otherwise a smooth experience.

Manicure had no cuticle work (unless you count him pushing my cuticle back with his own
thumb nail) and was rushed, painful and messy. Pedicure was better apart from making my foot bleed from filing off hard skin! They had clearly over booked and trying to get through as many people as possible. A woman having eyelash extensions was complaining as they hadn’t removed the glue from her eyes. Utter chaos and disaster. Avoid.
