The place could have been cleaner. There was a member of staff asleep on a chair at one point. I was not greeted very well or told where to go upon walking in for the first time. Was also not offered tea or anything which is usually pretty standard in nail salons. My nail technician seemed to be new or training possibly so my nails took longer than expected, however I am happy with the end result and I think that it is good value for what I paid

Had an appointment with Helen but when I asked if she was there, was abruptly told "no but one of us will do your lashes". Results were okay (bit uneven, despite asking for a top up on one side). Not up to the usual standard.

Would not recommend. No consultation or aftercare advice. Used too much glue so the lashes were painful for a few days then quite uncomfortable. Only lasted about 9 days
