Great service and value for what you get. The salon is small and quite busy but the staff are very friendly and attentive. Love my lashes, will definitely be back!

Eyebrow threading and tinting was really great!
My SNS dipping nails I opted for because they are meant to last for longer (3-4 weeks), after only 3 days, the tips of the nails had cracks. When I returned to get 1 of them which was cracked pretty badly repaired, they were quite rude and aggressive. The lady who redid the nail, after coating it too thickly and made it lumpy, she painted it a different shade! I didn't notice in the salon under the artificial lighting, it was only in daylight when it became obvious. I returned that afternoon as the nail was obviously a lot lighter. I was shouted at by the man who initially did my nails saying it's because the others had faded. This is not true because 1 week later it is still totally different. I ended up having to pay for the other nails which chipped to be repaired elsewhere, matching them as closely as possible.

I've been going regularly to Luxe (every 2 weeks) for a good few months, which started out great, hence going regularly, but I won't be going back after my most recent visit! They are constantly take non-appointment bookings which means that all appointments are usually around 15-30 mins delayed (I've waited 15m for every single appointment), some of the therapists come across really rude and when there's an issue, sometimes they suddenly forget that they speak English.
Safe to say I won't be going back again - it's boring having to wait for a paid appointment!
