the guy that did my nails did a terrible job he used UV drier on my dip polish and their are now marks and patches. he left a hair in one of them and wouldn’t remove it when I asked. I think he used the wrong top coat because it didn’t dry properly and looks and feels terrible.

Tina was great, she noticed that my eyebrows needed threading and added this on after my lash extensions. I’ve never had eyebrows threaded before but it was life changing. Will never go back to tweezing or waxing now.

A bit intimidating when you walk in - no staff really welcomed me. One staff that did my treatments said hello but that was it. Another person getting her eyebrows done was really unhappy with their treatment. They phoned people whilst doing my treatments and spoke amongst themselves in their own language. The chair was also really uncomfortable: the foot rest was broken and no head rest so when lying back for lashes I felt something digging in. I’m really disappointed in my lashes as they look like a half set, minimal volume the length and appearance looks nice but I would have preferred to have the full set that I paid for.
