Worrying lack of hygiene, the technician did not cleanse or sanitize my skin,her hands or any tools before starting the treatment. Sloppy work cutting corners, I was booked in for 1 hour 10 mins but she finished in 40 mins. I was booked in for classic mink lash extensions but these are definitely not mink! Other customers kept walking in during my treatment and they were told to wait and she wouldn't take long, this meant I was rushed and my treatment time was much reduced. Never again. Avoid it
