Overall a good experience, however I wasn't aware that the lashes I was getting was the clusters rather than individual. So be aware of the price point, it's cheaper for a reason. They did look nice but I did lose a few once I got home. The therapist was really delicate and it never felt uncomfortable, in fact I may have fallen asleep....
