I am utterly disappointed by the service I was given today. Not only they kept interrupting the process, but also I felt incredibly rushed and uncomfortable. At the beginning I gave specific details on how I like my nails done (as close as possible to the cuticles and no gaps at all) , of course in a very polite and kind way, and as soon as I pointed out any mistakes or I gave any “direction”, either he tried to excuse himself or did not reply whatsoever. On top of all that, before he was done he just moved on to someone else (without saying anything) and my nails weren’t even finished properly, so the result is not close to satisfactory.
I seriously advice they improve their customer service and try to make everyone feel more welcomed (and of course do a better job).
*I’ve had my nails done previously with the manager I think and the overall experience was massively different and the result was very god, so no complains about her.
