Nail technicians weren’t properly trained in how to correctly remove gel polish. I requested for an electric drill not to be used as this weakens the nail bed, and wanted it be removed with just acetone. This took 45 mins. She proceeded to use put the acetone soaked wool, wrapping in tin foil and then put it under a dryer which is probably why it took 45 mins. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
