There is no customer service at this venue. I was serviced by multiple different people and left in acetone while they did the nails of someone else. Then, they scraped some of the gel off and finished it off with drills, even though I explicitly said I didn't want drills on my nails. It's not a manicure as they drill your cuticles off. The gel applied seems okay - it was pulled over the edges sufficiently. There was no soap at the sink where you wash your hands.
