Been here a few times, while it is cheap and staff is friendly, they are not trained lash technicians. Use hands rather than tweezers to isolate lashes (not sure if they have all the professional equipment) so each lash extension usually gets stuck to multiple lashes, and not all lashes have extensions applied (more like half for me). They also sometimes use clusters lashes. Overall it’s cheap and look good initially, but start looking messy as lashes grow and potentially damage natural lashes in long term.

Once I’d made it clear I wanted individual (what I paid for!) and not cluster lashes (what they give you if you don’t ask) then they were perfect and have lasted so long. The girl who did mine spoke fluent English, which was good because I could explain exactly what I wanted, I hope she’s around more to help the others as there is a slight language barrier with other technicians meaning the service often doesn’t reach its full potential- all in all a good experience will definitely be back
