I’m just a bit confused as it looks like I paid for a ‘gel nails manicure’ and removal. However, at the end of my treatment I was told that I hadn’t paid for the manicure but (?) and that was £5 extra. I was then told I couldn’t pay in cash (despite the fact there’s literally a sign on the door saying ‘cash and card payments accepted). I was then told I’d have to go back on the Treatwell app and pay them another £5???
Looking at what I booked, I definitely paid for the manicure, so it seems a bit off I’d then be asked to pay another fiver in cash in the salon. I also booked gel and I’m pretty sure I was given shellac. Speedy service, the 3* is because the nails are nice but left with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth to be honest.
