Very unclean work station with dirty tissues and swabs, my coat ended up on the floor then placed on me during treatment. I paid more to have the manager do my treatment and wasn't seen by her. No guidance or advice was given for my first time getting lashes and someone else took over mid treatment. There is excess lumps of glue on my lashes and my eye was stuck shut at the end of the treatment. Some lashes are stuck together rather than individually. I would not recommend.
