Booked and prepaid for eyebrow waxing - when I arrived they stated on threading could be done. I obliged and they gave me back the difference in money. Personally I prefer waxing as it’s quicker and less painful and so I didn’t enjoy the eyebrow threading. The shellac nail removal was fine and when applying the new colour I had chosen I noticed it was markedly lighter/brighter than the example board. I mentioned this to the staff who simply stated that the board was old and colours can differ. Although I do like the bright colour it was not my choice and not what I was going for, this was disheartening as I cannot change it myself due to being shellac. Unfortunate experience as the first time I came here everything went well. Probably won’t return.
