Didn’t feel welcomed. Pretty much ignored. Waited nearly 20min past my scheduled appointment. The dog gave me more attention than staff. Tech rushed through my appointment. As anticipated, several lashes have fallen off within days. I understand that I’m a traveler, however customer service should be consistently provided. Was asked to pay cash, which I did not have. Had I known, I would have been prepared. Perhaps my expectations are unreasonable, but this accurately reflects my experience.
