It felt slightly rushed. I had booked an appointment during my lunch as didn’t want to risk sitting waiting and being late. I still waited about 10 mins past my appointment time, but that’s fine. However the nail technician didn’t speak much English and it was hard to communicate. I had to wait in the middle of having my nails done too, as there were too many customers for them all to look after. Also had nail polish left on my fingers afterwards which I had to point out them to get removed...

Experience was okay, but within a couple of weeks two of my gel nails have snapped off! I’m so disappointed I wouldn’t really recommend this place at all. I opted for the SNS dipping powder and extensions, and although the nail colour was nice I’m left with two snapped off nails. Not good enough
