HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I saw a lady called Helen who I’ve seen before and was happy.
However, this time I booked for refills she said it’d look better if we remove and do a full set and I agreed.
My appointment was at 7:45, shop closes at 8:30. After removal my lashes started at 8:00 and where somehow finished by 8:30?
For a full set? The first time I saw her it took 1 hour 15 minutes. I barely have any lashes on, she rushed them so she could leave on time!

This is my second time at this place. The whole experience is okay but nothing tremendous. The manicure lacks a few steps to be frank and the way they position your hands isn’t the most comfortable one. As for the gel polish removal I am bit shocked to need to pay for it as my last gel was done at theirs. Usually as a returning customer this is usually not charged from most manicure places.
My nails were doubled and chipped at places and she didn’t care until I had to point it.
However, the final result is fine. Nails and the gel look good.
