I couldn’t recommend this place any LESS, if I could leave 0 stars I would. The third time I have been and they have kept me waiting for over half an hour from my appointment time. Finally they sat me down after 30 minutes, to which another girl arrived to say that she had an appointment at this time, so she also had to wait 45 minutes until my lashes were finished.
I booked infills on my individual lash extensions. Before she started I clearly asked if the lashes were INDIVIDUALS, not clusters, she assured me. 2 days later one has just fallen out and it is a cluster lash, I’ve just pulled another out and it is also a cluster. Now I’ve closely examined them they are ALL cluster lashes that she used. Disgusting that they make you wait this long, lie to you and also not give you the product/ service you have paid for. Not impressed. Stay away!
