My experience getting my eyebrows threaded was perfect. She was precise, listened to what I wanted and paid attention to detail. She even plucked in between my eyebrows which I find most other technicians will not do without extra charge. Overall, the place was easy to locate and it was a quick and easy treatment!

My lashes look GORGEOUS but they were 45 minutes late for my appointment. I would also be interested to know if they have different shapes/colours of lashes as I didn't ask during my appointment.

Theres always a slightly chaotic feeling here & it doesn't seem to matter who you book with online as my lashes are always done by whoever is free first. I've been here 3 times, booked Mai each time & had a different girl each time. Sometimes they swap mid treatment. I'm not even sure which one Mai is! But I'm always happy with my lashes so I keep going back.
