If you are booking lash extensions be sure to say EXACTLY what you want / have booked for. I’ve been 3 times and they have given me cluster lashes (which are a lot cheaper and quicker) when I booked for individual mink lashes.
When Helen does the mink individual lashes they’re really good, cheap and relatively quick. However you can’t guarantee that you will get the technician you booked as they usually just give you anyone who is available.
I came in yesterday and spelt it out for them that I wanted MINK INDIVIDUAL lashes, I said it 3 times ...( and this was what I had booked). There is a huge language barrier as she clearly didn’t understand and gave me normal individual lashes, not the mink. Since I was in a rush I just swallowed it, they need to work on being clear and giving you the service that you have PAID for. As I could have booked normal lash extensions for a lot cheaper. Be aware

The worst nail shellac I ever had it lasted only 5 days bcoz they did not know how long to keep them under uv drying the whole procedure took 15 mins! and no one there could not undestand even one word English. So disappointed.
