Treatment is always excellent but customer service is not great. My appointment started 40 minutes after it was meant to & this is the second time this has happened. I also came on a specific day so I could have Helen, however she was not there. This has also happened two times. So I would say time management / booking arrangements could be improved on but the quality of eyelashes and the service is good.

They need to ASK what you want as this is one of the many times I have been and they have given me cluster lashes when I PAID for individuals.
