Average professionalism & cleanliness of tools (e.g. staff hanging around seeming bored, thus watching videos on their phones without headphones; my cuticle was pushed back by the therapists own nails instead of a tool...) . Besides that, good work from Lam as the gel nails turned out pretty good!
