I would not recommend this place. After initially having no issues, I booked an eyebrow threading appointment and was stood up — no refund, just told to “come back another day.” It happened a second time. The owner sent a replacement who clearly had no idea what he was doing: he threaded my brows far too thin, nearly took off half a brow at the arch, and left them visibly uneven. When I complained, the response was “they look fine, what do you want me to do?” Zero accountability. Avoid.
