Paid £30 for SNS that has cracked by 10 days. Go all the way down there to be told that it’s £10 to take it off or pay for a whole new set when I had only just given them £30. Tina was rude, had no idea about customer service and although I have been there a few times before this, this latest manicure by her is as disappointing as her response and so I will not be returning.
