The experience was terrible! She behaved really bad because I booked through Treatwell, saying to me that “The Treatwell charges £28 for this procedure, and in the salon they charge £35 for the same procedure.” She did not even cleaned my cuticles and the polish was layered really bad, it started pealing off the next day.

Started my appointment late with no apology. My beautician started and completed another beauty treatment to another customer during my appointment with no comment or explanation. Asked for additional money at the end with no conversation throughout or specification at beginning of appointment. To add insult to injury, manicure is terrible. Shellac all over skin and under nail, not all nails fully covered. Impersonal and careless service. Will not be returning.
