Started my appointment late with no apology. My beautician started and completed another beauty treatment to another customer during my appointment with no comment or explanation. Asked for additional money at the end with no conversation throughout or specification at beginning of appointment. To add insult to injury, manicure is terrible. Shellac all over skin and under nail, not all nails fully covered. Impersonal and careless service. Will not be returning.

I came back here for lash lift because last time the result was amazing but they considerably lack professionalism that makes me rethink the relatively cheaper cost here is even worth it. I booked the treatment from Tina and while she was doing my lash lift, she just left without saying anything and started preparing and eating food in the back (you can smell it). Not only is it very unprofessional, as a beauty salon, it also raises concerns about the hygiene/cleanliness.
