Sounds like I work for them (I don’t!), but this was the best nail experience I’ve had in ages in Hornchurch/Upminster. They took their time, paid attention to detail, and my nails looked better than they have in a long time. Appointment was on time, no waiting around. The place was spotless, and the whole team—from the friendly new guy on reception to the one in charge—was lovely. Highly recommend!
