I should give no star. Deborah is like a scammer. she offered me so many things without saying the extra costs. She wanted to do hair removal which costs £75 and she didn’t mention it. It was not included on my hydrafacial package that’s why I keep asking is it included or not. After that she is saying you were late for 15 minutes and you have to pay £25 for the late in the middle of the facial though it was no where mentioned in their website and groupon. felt like total scam & not clean room
