First impression of Lorraine was during the slow opening of shops due to covid, she kept me informed throughout Boris constantly changing his mind. The ascetics are beautiful and the treatment was so relaxing I feel asleep. Felt safe as she asked the covid related questions, constantly washed her hands and asked for my information in relation to track and trace. So happy she has opened a shop so close to me, hoping she has the option to expand as she gets booked up quickly.
