This is the second time I visited the salon. The hair dye is perfect, the cut as well, however, the blow dry is terrible. This is the second time I need to go home, wash my hair and style it. I am quite disappointed that I paid for a service to not receive it on the premise of "there isn't enough time as I have another customer ".

Really disappointed as I have the most patchy colour and the fringe was cut terribly. When i told Caitlyn I didn’t like the fringe she got very snappy and defensive so I felt really uncomfortable. Also was left sitting with wet hair for10mins. They dont use conditioner so hair was impossible to brush without hurting. Id booked olaplex but no sign of it. Bad experience won’t be back.
