The massage was very relaxing and the place itself is lovely. The only thing I’d suggest is being a little gentler when removing the oil at the end, as the towel felt quite harsh on the skin. It would have been nicer to have the oil gently patted off rather than rubbed off.

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Luxe Beauty. I discovered that their service was a scam, and even though Dr Schrammek has told me that I am entitled to full refunds as a result, Luxe Beauty has aggressively refused. The issue has been escalated and is also being referred to Trading Standards. I am still shocked and very disappointed.
