I booked this as a surprise for my mum, as we love supporting businesses, but sadly it was very disappointing. The treatment area smelt strongly of damp, the water was cold, and the overall cleanliness was poor. It was nothing like the experience advertised. I felt embarrassed because I wanted my mum to have a relaxing treatment but she left disappointed. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

This is with a heavy heart, because Huda is a lovely person, but my experience in this salon was subpar. Due to the word limit in this review, I will only say that my mani and pedi resulted in extreme pain during cuticles removal and bleeding on multiple fingers. Had to apply plasters to 6 of my fingers. The salon looks nice but lacks niceties such as hand soaking, warm towel, lotion application, offering of a beverage, etc. I won’t be returning.
