When breathing facing down, the air gets through with a thick layer of towel, which I am not sure if it’s cleaned properly after every use. Head Spa is not really relaxing, much time on heating water rather than actual wash and massage. Ambience good

The staff are lovely but the head spa was totally bazaar! I thought the therapist had left the room at one point as i was just lying there with nothing going on for a good 4 mins.
She didn't advise that she was putting something on my face, which Im pretty sure was just shampoo and as a result i reacted terribly. She got it in my eye and i asked for a cloth to wipe which she didnt do.
I think its a nice treatment offer from them and other treatments would have been good
