Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers. I booked a shellac manicure & once I arrived, was told they couldn’t provide the treatment because they didn’t have time to remove my shellac (something that was not stated upon booking). I was told I could not get a refund, and my only option was to reschedule. The following week, when I tried to reschedule my appointment, I was told it had been too long and I was no longer eligible for a treatment OR a refund!!! Absolutely disgusting! AVOID!!!
