Overall it was good. 2nd visit.
However the music from reception was loud and overpowering the relaxation music in the therapy room.
Felt rushed and she commented "don't you exfoliate" as if I had disastrous skin.
It's prompted to do deep cleansing facial at home 4 weekly and to not spend £70 at a salon. And has made me now focus more on my own facial care regime.
So I guess there's a silver lining.
My first experience with Sharon was exceptional.

The place is lovely, Baljit is very friendly. My eyebrows looked good at the beginning but once I got back home I actually realised they looked weird. I also had hollywood waxing and I still had many hairs left. The experience overall was fine but the result wasn't what I expected.
