I have had quite a few burnt marks on my face, and my skin is very dry since the facial. I went in as hydrafacial signature came highly recommended. I see a lot of good reviews and whilst Sharon is friendly and courteous, my face is all scarred with burn marks. I had to go in 3 times to get the treatment. First time the machine din work. Second time the parking took a while and I got about 20 minutes late, so it had to be rebooked. If keen on hydra, get a patch test or a proper consultation bef.

My therapist was friendly & smiley but the experience was not relaxing as salon did not seem clean - nowhere clean to put my clothes! The therapist while lovely also had an AirPod in the whole time which I could hear which was not very zen!
