Not met the usual standards I’m used to. My face is dry, painful and tight and every product that was applied stung my face, I was left under the steam and then left after it finished for about 10 minute whilst the product tightened on my face. Today my skin feels awful. Tried to call but no answer, would like to speak tho someone or for someone to email me thanks
