Overall my experience was pleasant and Sarah was absolutely lovely and accommodating. Just not sure what went wrong with the gel manicure as it was not drying on my nails and staying put. Sarah did her best to keep at it and get it sorted and the finish was as good as we could get it to be despite the unfortunate situation.
