Hill was amazing - he did an excellent job. The problem started when I went to pay for my treatment and the salon manager started arguing with Hill about how much I should pay, in front of other customers. It was really embarrassing. She insisted I should pay £5 more than he did. The crazy thing is I would’ve left that £5 as a tip but the discomfort of having this conversation go on was enough to make me decide not to go back there. Imagine losing a customer over £5.
The lady that did my eyebrows did an excellent job, I’m very pleased with the results. However, I was 15mins earlier for my appointment and then was waiting for 20mins to be seen. They only had 1 other customer.
