The salon was closed and Sarah arrived a few minutes after my appointment was due to start - I nearly left. She said she tried to call me, but it didn't come through as I had no missed calls on my phone.
Sarah was friendly and apologetic, and the massage itself was good. However, as she was the only person in the salon the phone rang unanswered multiple times during the massage, and at one point there was banging from outside the room. So overall, it was good but not as relaxing as I had hoped!
