looking forward to getting a lash lift and left wit barely any lift and a burnt eye. I told her that I could feel my upper lid burning and she said there is nothing there. Only the second time I insisted and so she washed it off. But at the end not only was there not much difference to lashes, my upper left eye lid is swollen and burnt as product must have transferred and she even took a pic. I went back and respectfully expressed I am upset and she said ‘no refund as I already checked you out’
