I really like Lux studios they are really good. But this time my usual hairstyles wasn’t available so I got replacements. Lady was really nice but unfortunately I don’t know what happened at the end but my hair came out totally different that I expected. I wanted very light highlights but I end up with orange looking hair. The toner was the wrong one from that I’ve chosen in the first place. For the first time I’m really disappointed with my hair.

Just amazing! Tatyana is very gentle and shows great attention to details. She did exactly what I asked for making sure I was happy with everything! My hair feels so soft and I love my new haircut. Highly recommend.
